This is a post I just made in the Tucson Weekly comments section of Dan Gibson's article posted below :
There is now plenty of proof that Matt Inman is one of a gang of people who promote the same type of ideas that inspired Jared Loughner to try and kill Gabrielle Giffords. Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center, who studies hate groups and hate speech, examined Loughner's sites and concluded that his material on grammar, in particular, likely came from the writings of far right activist David Wynn Miller. If you Google Matt Inman + grammar, you will find a similar obsession. And similar hate.
It is a very serious business to send out another call to the Tucson whackos who subscribe to what can simply be described as an "Illuminati" type philosophy to act out their hate on their enemies.
Dan Gibson has a lot of guilt on his shoulders for trying to magnetize another hate response in Tucson. He should be fired right now!

The relationship between intellectual-property laws and stuff posted online is obviously still a little tenuous—and local attorney Charles Carreon stepped into a world of scorn by demanding money from a popular webcomic, The Oatmeal, on behalf of his client, place-where-you-can-post-stuff Funnyjunk.com.
Matthew Inman, the creator of The Oatmeal, has made no secret of his disdain for Funnyjunk, which has hosted a number of Inman's creations—removing any credit and providing no attribution or income to Inman. Inman wrote a blog post criticizing FunnyJunk's business model and asking his audience whether he should bother sending the site a cease-and-desist order for "practically (stealing) my entire website"—and then Carreon jumped in.
On behalf of Funnyjunk, Carreon sent a letter threatening a lawsuit if Inman didn't remove "false statements" about his client, and demanding a check for $20,000. This didn't go over well with Inman, who posted a giant list of links to FunnyJunk's acts of copyright infringement; a drawing of a Kodiak bear "seducing" FunnyJunk's metaphorical "mom"; and information about a fundraiser for the National Wildlife Federation and the American Cancer Society. The Oatmeal's readers raised $20,000 for the charities in 64 minutes (and a number approaching $200,000 as of this writing), but Carreon wasn't done, filing suit in California against the Oatmeal, the site Inman used to raise the money, and the two charities.
I generally like to cheer for Tucsonans, but in this case, I'm going to side with The Oatmeal instead of a guy suing the American Cancer Society. |

Hi Friends,
Last week I attended a talk up here in Far North Queensland given by David-Wynn Miller and a number of people have asked me to review the talk.
I was fortunate to be able to meet with David-Wynn for an hour before his talk, and overall, I quite enjoyed the evening and found the breadth and depth of his Life’s Work to be Truly Fascinating.
David said on several occasions that he is a “92 degree Mason”. This was interesting as many people on the Internet, including Masons themselves, insist that the one can only go up to 33 degrees. However, one Wikipedia entry does state that “Rites can have 92 degrees”.
Perhaps Miller’s attraction to the 92 degree title seems to be part of the old-age-way of “doing business”, which is now on the way out.
Is it wise to still concentrate on beating the old system……at their own game with a male, left brain, ‘Intellectual’ pursuit? Or would it be better to move over to the feminine Right Brain, Intuition?
On his original DVD disclosure of the Mayan Calendar, Ian Lungold said of the Western Mind-set that the MIND has a maximum speed limit of 27 frames per/sec. [see subliminal movie/flicks]. By contrast, the Intuition has, ‘NO SPEED LIMIT.
As David Hawkins said: Einstein calibrated (on scale of 1 to 1,000 of Consciousness) at 490, whereas unconditional love really starts at 540.
Gandhi, for instance, calibrated 640; Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj calibrated at 740, (see his book “I AM THAT”)]; and Jesus of Nazareth calibrated at 900+. See David Hawkins’ Book “Power Versus Force”.
This understanding is a great and humbling way to start to see how and why all Time Lines, including David-Wynn Miller’s Shift Point, Peak-out or Pinch-off Point [see David Wilcock re Russian research re "Pinch-off Effect''.
The Mayan Calendar indicates that this pinch-off point will occur on April 1st 2011. Remember that “April Fools Day” which is April 1st, was an Illuminati put-down, just like the 'cover-up' of the genuine Wisdom behind the understanding of the Harmonics behind the number 666.
In Seeking the wisdom and energy-frequency-factor behind the numbers 1 through 9/0, we must use ''intuition'' to begin to see the myriad of interconnections that allows all to ADD UP [add =144] and ‘make Cosmic sense’.
Numbers of course pre-seed-ed [sic] Words and Langu-ages.
Let’s Bless David-Wynn Miller’s work, as it is also a fractional-part of the whole.
David said he is now 61, and his Birthday was September 17th a Virgo/perfectionist.
Yet the funny thing I see is “Wynn” his middle sub-conscious Name/frequency’ contains the letter Y, which suggests a ‘split’ in the User’s Nature, and the Life Lesson Purpose is to “Inter’grate this/these split/legs ………… into “The ONE”.
David also likes using his Full Name Initials as D. W. M. which equals under the Pythagorean number/letter Code = 4 – 5 -4, or the hidden Mystic Number 13.
Does he read the Word “TONE” as T-ONE. [i.e.. T for Time always eventually moves through long or short cycles........Back to, the 'ONE PRINCIPLE'.
See the 1 ...........leg that drops down into Matter........below the ---- horizontal datum line. It is the "Seen Factor'' in the T Equation/sign, so there is also an "Unseen Factor'' or 1, above the datum line of separation of.....''that which is above, and that which is below''.
This is Bruce Cathie's "Matter and Anti-Matter'' conundrum. And Nassim Haramein’s “Event Horizon”.
Having said that, do we see that the letter/symbol for the "Little i'' in us, poses the quest-ion to us or reminds us, "Is it a Wave or a Particle'' ???
As it's MIRROR IM-AGE REFLECTION, is I or ONE, as in the CAPITAL IS THE........ENLIGHTENED STATE.......OF REAL SEEING, as in and back to...........The ONE.
SO can we imagine [= image] or realize that all Letter/Design is a follow on after numbers to DESCRIBE all that is MADE MANIFEST OR VISIBLE.
I see ENGLISH LETTERS and their DESIGN steming from a long line of Ancient Symbolism from many Langu-ages and is a compilations there of.
I have added as attachments (see links at the end of the post) the EIGHT LEVELS or “Pyramidal Coding” of the Number EIGHT, 8 x 8 = 64 CODONS in our DNA.
The Ninth Level, [unseen] could be read as 65; as the 65th frequency is the frequency of Unconditional LOVE.
See (below) the Pyramidal Diagram of the ”Number Nine”. Now does the Quantum Mind-Leap to the Nine Levels of the MAYAN Pyramid of LIFE and IMAGINE, as they say, ALL NUMBER………TIME LINES, from the base on upwards………PEAKING OUT at the Top or Tenth Point of the Pyramid.
Perhaps this is as many DAVID’S have said throughout History, in APRIL, 2010. [April = 17993 = 28/1]. Davids such as David Wilcock, David Hudson, David Hawkins, and of course David Wynn Miller.
Finally, let’s re-member that the basis of all NINE Number-principles is 1.11111111, squared is 1.234567899. And 1.11111111 Divided by NINE = .12345679.
Thus in a way we can conclude that as the eight is missing when the number is divided, 8 is the Shift Point, or the Harmony Point.
To relate this to physics, as Bruce Cathie indicates in his Book, “The Harmonic Conquest of Space”, as each Electron Cloud or Shell expands outwards from the Nucleus, we find it can accommodate ONLY EIGHT ELECTRONS.
THE SHELL IS THE THEN ”FILLED UP” and ANOTHER EXPANSION MUST TAKE PLACE IN ORDER TO FORM A NEW SHELL OR…….HARMONIC ZONE. Then it will build up again and so forth.
Thus we are always Recreating and Recycling Ourselves all the way from Cellular Expansion through to the finish when All our Chakras are in Perfect HARMONIC BALANCE. IF thine EYE be Single (i.e.. the Pineal Gland is open), then ”The Whole Body shall be full of Light”, says Jesus, the Christ.

A couple of other points as regards the amazing pre-transformational numbers 8 and 9, or 89.
Remember 89 is the number Mid-Way between 55 and 144, on the Fibonacci Number Scale or sequence.
PHI – Imploding Spiral COIL of Life, as the PHI Spiral is the very basis upon which the MAYAN TIME CODE is based. On Fibonacci’s scale, we can call 1.1 the 1st and 2nd step going through to Step 10, which is 55, then step 11 equals “89″. Thus step 12 =144, or Near as perfect to PHI. From there it goes on into the Higher Dimensional levels.
This Imploding PHI Spiral has metaphoric names like “Jacobs Ladder”, “The Mayan Rope Ladder” dropping down from Galactic Centre in 2011/12, and our own DNA Helix.

The David Wynn Miller people have a particular hatred towards the legal profession (who they term "the elite") and the law. Which explains so much about Matt Inman's insane response to a reasonable demand letter to take down lies that were interfering with a client's business. There's no way that Charles Carreon is "the elite." In fact, "the elite" are the David Wynn Miller puppet masters themselves, the very people they think they're fighting against. The David Wynn Miller cultists are being played for purposes of creating chaos and destroying any hope of sane, legal, democratic action. The idea that they are going to get "freedom" from their anarchy is just too stupid for words. They're just playing into the creation of a state of affairs that will be far more monstrous than the admittedly bad system we have now. From my personal involvement in the Occupy Movement here in Tucson, I choose the present state of affairs any day over the system that these young fascists would make for us. They would give us a state where no one dared speak with his or her real name for fear of having their name and property destroyed on the Internet. It would be a completely lawless, black market world led by Anonymous.

After all, David Wynn Miller spent 59,000 hours studying such matters and if he can't give you the answers, no one can.
But the professorial conspiracist — who was coronated in 1996, he reports, after he "turned Hawaii into a verb" and held 25 seminars for the grateful natives — is feeling a bit perplexed. "Oh, I'm on, live?" he mutters after someone at the Homeland Security Expo held here last November yells something about the video camera that's rolling now. "Okay, er, I'll do an introduction here."
And so, setting sail into the linguistic fog, he begins.
"My name is David hyphen Wynn full colon Miller," the 53-year-old Milwaukean says, and the brows of his audience of 50 begin to furrow. This crowd of "Patriots" is used to conspiracy theories, but even at an event dominated by antigovernment ideology, Miller is tough going. "The reason I use a full colon and a hyphen in my name, the first full colon, which is full colon David, it means for the David hyphen Wynn. That's my given name, and it's also a noun, because it uses a prepositional phrase. ... Because I use prepositional phrases, through punctuation, which is classified as hieroglyphics, which makes me a life, l-i-f-e. Now, when you don't punctuate your name ... David is an adjective, Wynn is an adjective, Miller is a pronoun. Two adjectives are a condition of modification, opinion, presumption, which modifies the pronoun, pro means no on noun. So therefore, I'm not a fact. I'm a fiction."
Aha. Now we're getting to the heart of the matter. If you don't punctuate your name correctly — and especially if it's written all in capitals, as devious court officials are wont to do — you're "dead." Yes, dead. An illusion.
"Neat concepts," as Miller points out.
It's not easy to follow, but Miller makes his way, via his finding that maritime law applies worldwide because "Earth is a vessel in a sea of space," to the "universal postal union" — the U.S. Postal Service, he seems to mean. Turns out it runs the world. Has since 1873. Ben Franklin was a postmaster. President Grant, too.
Miller makes some other detours, letting the crowd in on how MasterCard took over the U.S. economy at the stroke of midnight on Sept. 17, 1999. But soon he's getting to where he really wants to go — the World Trade Center.
When the Sept. 11 attacks occurred, the Center towers collapsed in six seconds, Miller says, not the 12 seconds it would have taken normal matter. Plus, all the concrete turned to dust. Having discovered the "mathematical interface that all steel is plastic" some years back, Miller understands perfectly what "the physics of plastic" is trying to tell him: A magnetic pulse brought down the towers.
What creates a magnetic pulse? C-4 plastic explosive. Who has C-4? The military. Who controls the military? The post office.
And there you have it. Postal authorities sneaked into the towers, replacing all chairs, tables and file cabinets with plastic furniture. Explosive plastic furniture. The steel in the building — well, that was plastic steel, and it was utterly destroyed by the C-4, which is only capable of destroying other plastic "polymers."
"That's what gave us certification that it was an inside job," Miller explains.
At the moment of collapse, $12 trillion was transferred electronically from the basement of the trade center to Singapore. "The World Trade Center was a bank robbery," Miller reveals, "very cleverly engineered."
The man's red hot now. After an hour and 22 minutes, he's coming to the nub of the conspiracy. But suddenly, someone's telling him his time's up. "They always do this to me," Miller complains. "They cut me off in the middle of a sentence."
Not to worry. The King of Hawaii tells his listeners that he'll finish up in the back, where he's selling his books and videos. That's what he did the last time this happened. They sorted it all out that time — in five hours and 15 minutes. |

How is it that people think these ideas are non-religious? Who do they think wrote "the script" except for "God"?

Regarding this accusation that Charles is a "censorious douchebag," Inman's gang has made clear what they consider "censorious" -- having any morals at all! To NOT BE censorious means to express the opinion that anyone can do whatever they feel like doing, including murder. I wonder what that guy "Chris" over at Popehat -- who got mad because "Joe" suggested he consider his actions -- would say to someone giving Jared Loughner advice that he shouldn't try to murder Gabrielle Giffords. I'm sure he would be outraged on the infringement of Jared's "freedom." These guys have the mentality of assassins. Anything less would not be macho. They are killers, at least in their minds. Just look at their cartoons. They like to kill. They think it's fun to kill. They think their friends will admire them if they kill. Without mercy!
This "censorious douchebag" blame is the blame of cannibals, of assassins. These children have been corrupted by a corrupt society. And everyone who fails to register an opinion and act in this matter is to blame. They are stupid, silent people, who are absolutely worthless to our society. Really, what good is their life, but a burden to the planet? All these so-called "liberals" who fail to take any intelligent action -- I despise them right along with the Republicans. I've said it before, but I'll say it again: I admire Republicans' desire to act and affect their environment." I just wish that they would do it intelligently. |

But the fact is, there are a lot of corrupt lawyers and judges. I've seen a lot of them in my legal experience. In addition to the slimebags Ken at Popehat and Marc Randazza at The Legal Satyricon, Indiegogo, Inman, The American Cancer Society, The American Wildlife Fund, and Public Citizen, all have corrupt lawyers working for them. Every lawyer who is associated with Matt Inman and his gang of thieves is corrupt, as far as I can see. I would advise that no one ever give another penny to any of these entities. Inman took advantage of the court filing system being down for three days when Charles was trying to file the Temporary Restraining Order, a downage that I would not at all be surprised if they didn't cause, it was so unprecedented, and the judge being on vacation, to end-run the TRO and transfer the money to Inman on Friday, even though they were served with the papers, and the papers were deemed filed as of Thursday.
You know why those lawyers are in the positions they are? To allow the money of honest donors to be stolen. Just like the lawyers in most of our government positions are there to make sure the government DOESN'T function as it is intended to, according to the laws that govern them.
But that doesn't mean that EVERY lawyer is corrupt. There are plenty of good lawyers working for the public good. It's nice to know who they are. One of them is Charles Carreon. |

This is the kind of lawyer I admire: Mark Lewis, who was entirely responsible for uncovering the corruption in Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation. Yet, you will find his name nowhere mentioned. It's as if the media are in a conspiracy to not let you know that Mark Lewis is one helluva good lawyer, working for the benefit of all of us. I'll tell his story when I get a chance. Rupert Murdoch, of course, tried to ruin him.

I want to underline the significance of an important legal settlement last week in which the Metropolitan police agreed to pay more than £200,000 to Mark Lewis, the lawyer who has represented scores of phone hacking victims.
I do so because the settlement has gone largely unreported outside The Guardian, meriting only odd paragraphs elsewhere.
So it bears repeating that Lewis secured the libel settlement after a senior Met officer effectively accused him of exaggerating the scale of the News of the World scandal.
It was a key example of the way in which those who were trying to expose the hacking scandal prior to the Milly Dowler revelation in July last year suffered from continual "official" denials of their (correct) allegations.
On Thursday, the high court was told that Lewis's action had been settled, with the Met agreeing to pay him £30,000 in damages plus all of his £176,000 legal costs. Even so, it did not mean, according to a Scotland Yard spokesman, that the Met were admitting liability.
The case goes back to September 2009, when Lewis gave evidence to the Commons culture and media select committee. He told MPs that there were 6,000 phone-hacking victims, which contradicted the News of the World's single "rogue reporter" defence.
Two months later, the Press Complaints Commission chair, Lady Buscombe, made a speech to the Society of Editors in which she said that the then Met assistant commissioner, John Yates, had passed her reliable evidence showing that Lewis's statement was incorrect.
Lewis sued Buscombe, the PCC and the Met on the grounds that he had been accused of lying to parliament and, in so doing, damaged his reputation. In November 2010, Buscombe and the PCC apologised to Lewis and paid him £20,000 in libel damages.
Following last week's settlement, Lewis said: "The Metropolitan police have spent about £250,000 unsuccessfully defending my claim, which could have been avoided if there had been a proper investigation into the activities in 2006 rather than one where only [journalist] Clive Goodman and [private investigator] Glenn Mulcaire were prosecuted."
Since the incident, both Buscombe and Yates have resigned from their posts. Lewis, meanwhile, continues to represent people who allege that they have been victims of hacking. And, of course, he represented Milly Dowler's parents too.
