That was the beginning of a new series of images and subjects that entered my art.
One of those subjects was the theme of birds. The bird theme had been somewhere in the back of my mind ever since childhood, really.
And especially after an event which then affected me very deeply.
It was like this: As a little boy, I had a parrot which I loved very much, and which loved me very much.
